In 1994, Executive Chef Paul Ludovina opened Ludy’s Main Street BBQ, a casual dining “destination” restaurant in his hometown of Woodland, California.  After spending more than 16 years in Santa Barbara operating gourmet restaurants, he realized the need in Northern California for a more fun and free-spirited dining experience.  Specializing in slow-smoked barbecue, the restaurant quickly became a hometown favorite.
