Prime Rib and Basil Chicken • $26.99: Succulent, USDA Choice prime rib slow-cooked to perfection and hand-carved on-site. Accompanied by a tender grilled chicken breast topped with asparagus and sundried tomatoes in Ludy’s house basil-alfredo sauce.

Pork Ribs and BBQ Chicken • $23.99: Thick, juicy pork ribs served alongside tender slow-smoked BBQ chicken.

Smoked Tri-Tip and Chicken Marsala • $23.99:
Generous slices of slow-smoked Ludy’s tri-tip served with boneless chicken breast topped with sautéed mushrooms and Marsala wine sauce.

Beef Marsala & Chicken Piccata • $23.99: Grilled boneless chicken breast topped a lemon caper sauce, paired with slices of Ludy’s most tender tri-tip in a creamy Marsala wine sauce with mushrooms.

Green Beans: Steamed green beans sauteed with onions and mushrooms and drizzled with garlic butter.

Prosciutto e Melone: Cantaloupe wrapped in aged prosciutto, the quintessential Italian appetizer.

Beef or Chicken Satay Skewers: Served with assorted dipping sauces.

BBQ Sliders: Hand pulled pork shoulder or thin-sliced, slow-smoked tri-tip served on mini-buns.

Ludy’s Catering Offers a Variety of Services for Any Party, Including (But Not Limited To!):

Linen: $15.00 each, round or rectangle (Usually 8-10 people per Table). Additional charge for floor length drapes and linens.

Place Setting: $4.50/person ($2.50/person outside china rental services). Includes China Plate, Silverware & Water Goblet. Additional charge for bread plate, cake plate, salad plate, appetizer plate & coffee cups

Cloth Napkin: $1.25 each.

Champagne and/or Wine Glasses: $1.25 per glass.

Cake Cutting Fee includes clear plastic plate & silver plastic fork: $1.25 per person.

Cake Table Service: $1.25 per person.

Champagne Toast Table Service: $1.25 per person.

Coffee Buffet service: $2.50 per person; includes regular and decaffeinated coffee, paper cups, creamer, and sugar. Set up at a coffee station accessible by everyone.

Coffee Table Service: $3.50 includes coffee china cup n saucer, creamer and sugar.

Water Pitchers on Table: $1.25 per person.

Ice tea, Water and Lemonade Station, served in dispenser with plastic cups: $2.50 per person (choice of two).

Bartender Service: $60.00 per hour; six hour minimum.

On Site BBQ Service: $175.00 (flat fee).

All Prices based on 100 people or more. There is a $100.00 surcharge for parties of 100 or less.

Bridal Parties are not restricted to the Wedding Menu. Please note there is a charge of an addition $2.00 per person when ordering off all other menus.
